Fewer Returns, Less Waste: instead of requiring physical returns, we offer refunds without asking items to be sent back. Returns create unnecessary shipping, packaging waste, and carbon emissions. By reducing return logistics, we aim to lower our environmental footprint while still taking care of our customers.
