Instead of returning items, we offer full refunds without requiring a return. Returns create unnecessary waste and carbon emissions, which goes against our commitment to sustainability.

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

• Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

• Email support@feltaragift.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item received

Once verified, we will process a full refund to your original payment method.

What Happens to the Item?

After approval:

• You may keep the item, or

• Donate it if you choose

Thank you for helping reduce environmental impact.

Additional Notes

• Shipping is free, but shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped

• Refunds are issued only to the original payment method
